1) 2 Rook (2 Hathi) - Placed in the last corner of the chess on both the side.

2) 2 Knight (2 Ghoda) - Placed on the side of the 2 Hathi on both the side.

3) 2 Bishop (2 Uut) - Again the side of 2 Ghoda on both the side.

4) 1 Queen and 1 King (1 Rani and 1 Raja) - Placed on the lower centre of the board.

5) All Pawn (All sipahi) - They all are placed upper side of the these above gotis.

Now how to these pieces move?

Rook (Hathi) move straight but not cross it can be move in all the 4 directions. It can be come back if needed.

Knight (Ghoda) move in L - shape only. It can be come back if needed.

Bishop (Uuth) move cross direction. It can be come back if needed.

Queen (Rani) move in any direction but not in L - shape. It can be come back if needed.

King (Raja) move one step in any direction. It can be come back if needed.

 All Pawns (Sipahi) move one step in forward direction but can't come back.

So to win this game you have to kill the king of the other player.

To win you have to move your pecies as per the rule and by your strategies you can kill one by one all the pecies of other player and make easy to kill king.
